My New Year's Resolution (for my family)



Family... I love y'all... frm a distance. Partially cuz I moved away, partially cuz some of y'all just distance. But with the new year, let's bring about change *in my President Obama voice*

Resolution 1: K.I.T. (keep in touch) 
A phone works two ways. As well as answering incoming calls,u can make outgoing calls. It's a new age in technology,learn how to text. At least once a week, a, "Hi, how have u been? Love u. Ttyl (talk to you later)" call/text would be nice. Also it helps to respond to the calls/text u receive.
 
Resolution 2: Holidays come every year & y'all kno we like to eat. Plan ahead by like 2 wks what we should do, when, where, & who contribute what. Just that simple.

Resolution 3: Birthdays &/ Christmas. It makes gift shopping easier to know clothes & shoe sizes,favorite color; toys,sports,games that u &/ ur family are into. Oh & if u need small appliances (microwave, toaster, blender type) let me know BEFORE the AFTER Thanksgiving sale. I shop on a budget *aye I'm a college student*
 
Resolution 4 : Nobody number is 911 nor their home a shelter & nobody is an atm. Do not only call when u are in need.

Roommate Contract

I have a weird living arrangement. I can't even go into detail it about because quite frankly I don't know/understand it. Technically the place is in his name but it's been "our" home for 3 years now (well 1 if u go by the time I updated my license). Somehow I went from a live in lover to a maid. I cook 99% of all cooedk meals we &/our guest eat. I CLEAN the house. (He vacuums the hell out of it tho & every now and again he puts a shine on the porcelain in our (aka HIS) bathroom. 😆) What sparked this post was the fact that I ran a sink of dish water to wash a few dishes before bed but before I knew it, it was 2 am & I was borderline tide and they weren't clean. Then I thought about the dishwasher needing to be started. Instead of asking him, I figured I'll just get up a little earlier to knock those things out.
